Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Your door code is sent separately and is only active for the dates of your stay. Early check-in/late checkout are sometimes possible if our cleaners finish early — just ask, we're happy to let you know as soon as we can.
• If you arrive before 4:00 PM, you're welcome to drop groceries or luggage at the door, but please don't enter the townhome until the listed check-in time so our cleaning team has time to finish.

Door & Keypad Instructions

1. Touch the keypad to wake it up.
2. Enter your PIN code, then press the # key.
3. To lock: press and hold the # key for 5 seconds.

Tip: if the code doesn't seem to unlock the door (you'll hear it try), gently pull the door toward you by the handle and re-enter the code. Temperature changes can make the door swell or contract slightly, which sometimes sticks the latch.

Parking — Please Read Carefully

Our HOA enforces parking rules strictly, and violations are zero-tolerance — HOA security can photograph a violation and issue a fine immediately, with no warning. Please read carefully to avoid surprise fines.

• The driveway fits two standard-size cars. Do not let any part of a vehicle touch the grass — not even one tire.
• Street parking, blocking mailboxes or sidewalks, and parking on any HOA common area is prohibited. Vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
• The fine is $1,000 per violation, charged immediately with no warning, plus a $25 administrative fee. These fines are billed to us by the HOA, but are passed on directly to the guest responsible for the violation.
• Need extra parking? There is a first-come, first-served neighborhood overflow lot nearby — ask us for the exact location if you have more than 2 vehicles.
• No trailers, motorcycles, RVs, boats, or golf carts are permitted at the property, even temporarily — this is an HOA rule, not ours.
• There is no garage access — the garage is private and not part of the rental.

Community Quiet Hours & House Party Ordinance

The HOA enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Excessive noise or gatherings that disturb neighbors are zero-tolerance and can result in an immediate fine (no warning), plus possible removal from the property without refund. Under the City of North Myrtle Beach House Party Ordinance, large or disruptive gatherings can also bring a police response and citations. Repeated violations put the owner's ability to rent this home at risk, so please keep gatherings to registered guests only and be considerate of our neighbors.
