Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

• 1st Floor Primary Suite: 1 King bed, private bath with double sinks, walk-in shower
• 2nd Floor Suite: 1 Queen bed, private ensuite bath
• 2nd Floor Bedroom: 1 Queen bed + 1 Trundle
• 2nd Floor Bunk Room: 3 Twin beds (converted attic space, shares the hallway bath)
• Sunroom: 1 Sleeper sofa
• A Pack N Play / travel crib is available on request — just let us know before your stay.

Bathrooms

• Primary Bath (1st floor): shower, toilet, tub
• Half bath off the living room: toilet only
• 2nd floor hallway bath: tub/shower combo, toilet
• 2nd floor suite bath: tub/shower combo, toilet (shared with bunk room)

Kitchen

Full kitchen with 42" cherry cabinets and granite counters, plus a breakfast nook. Includes refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, ice maker, pots & pans, dishes & utensils, wine glasses, baking sheet, and basic spices/pantry staples. Dining table seats 6, plus a child's highchair is available.

Laundry

Yes — we have an in-unit washer and dryer. Bath towels are provided for use inside the townhome. We do not provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, or tents — see our Beach Guide for local rental options.

Bright living and dining space (this is an end unit, so natural light comes from extra windows). A sunroom off the living room is a favorite spot to relax, and just past the sunroom is a patio with an outdoor grill and seating for entertaining. Television and board games are available for a rainy day or a quiet night in.

WiFi

WiFi network name and password are provided in your check-in message once your reservation is confirmed and again at check-in — they'll be posted in the unit as well. If you have any trouble connecting, text Bill at 919-916-7776.

Heating & Air Conditioning

Central heat and air with a thermostat inside the unit. To keep utility costs reasonable for our guests, the thermostat is set to a fixed 73°F in both directions — it can't be cooled below 73°F in summer, and can't be heated above 73°F in winter.

Every room has a ceiling fan you can run to help the space feel cooler — using a fan along with the AC makes a noticeable difference.

Note: the upstairs bunk room does not have its own separate thermostat — its air conditioning is controlled by the downstairs unit.

Trash

Please bag and tie up trash and place it in the outdoor bin at the neighborhood dumpster (see the Arrival Guide / community photos for the exact location). Please do not leave loose trash bags outside the front door.

Community Pools & Pool Keys

You have access to two pools at no additional charge:

• Neighborhood Pool — right in Egret Run, just steps away, great for a quick dip
• Community Saltwater Pool — the large pool near the condominiums by the inlet/Marina Bar & Grill, includes a children's pool area (about 4 ft deep)

Pool access keys are hung on the coat hooks in the kitchen, labeled NP (Neighborhood Pool) and CP (Community Pool). Typical pool hours run 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (or dusk, depending on season). Please return both keys to the hooks before you check out — lost keys may result in a replacement fee charged by the HOA. There is no access to a fitness center, and the garage is private (not part of the rental).

Parking

Two-car driveway (small/standard cars). Full parking rules are on our Arrival Guide page — please read them before you arrive, the HOA enforces them strictly.

What We Don't Have

• No beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, canopies, or tents (bath towels for inside the townhome only)
• No golf cart (and none may be brought or stored at the property)
• No garage access
• No pets allowed
• No fitness center access

Before You Check Out

• Return both pool keys to the kitchen hooks
• Start the dishwasher / put dishes away
• Gather and bag towels
• Take out trash
• Turn off lights, lock up, and set the thermostat back to a reasonable temperature
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM
